Action Agent isn't a research project. It's the tool we wish we had when we were the ones answering the phone at 9pm, writing the CMA at midnight, and chasing the disclosure on a Sunday.
Marco Nahmias
Operator, engineer, and the person who picks up the phone when you book a 20-minute slot at /contact. Marco started Hello Native AI after spending years helping independent agents and operators in Costa Rica and the U.S. ship real software — and watching them lose hours every week to work that didn’t pay this week but compounded over years.
We started by building real estate websites for independent agents in two markets — Costa Rica and the U.S. We watched what they actually did all day. Most of it wasn't selling. It was answering, qualifying, paperwork, and follow-up. The same five hours, every day, for every agent. So we built Alma to do the first draft of all of it. The agent stays in charge. The work just gets done faster.
The version of that story that doesn’t fit in a tagline goes like this. Hello Native AI started as a software shop building production websites and operations dashboards for independent operators across three industries — hotels, real estate, construction. We worked closely enough with each client that we ended up sitting in their offices for weeks, watching what they actually did all day. Three patterns showed up in every shop, regardless of vertical.
First, the work that compounded over years was always the work that got cut first when the week got tight. The follow-up. The CMA. The cadence. The discipline. Second, the software the operators were paying for was decorating the workflow rather than running it — every CRM was a database with a calendar bolted on. Third, the new wave of “AI” products was charging for the AI by clipping the deal — a model that worked for the platform and not for the operator.
We built Alma to invert each of those. The discipline becomes effortless because the AI runs it. The CRM updates itself because the AI is the runtime. The pricing is a flat fee because nobody should pay more for software when they have a great quarter.
Action Agent is the real estate-only brand of that work. The same engineering team, the same Alma, focused on one industry — for the agent who already has a license, a database, and a brand and just wants the AI infrastructure that makes all three actually compound.
An independent agent with the right AI is more competitive than a teamed agent without it. We don't think you should have to switch shops to get the tools.

Two markets at once. On purpose.
Building in Costa Rica + the U.S. simultaneously forced bilingual handling, two MLS structures, two paperwork stacks, two agent cultures. The breadth shows up in the product.
Three things Action Agent will never do.
Take a commission split
We charge a flat monthly fee. We never take a basis point of any deal. The math doesn’t change because you had a great quarter.
Hold your license
Action Agent is software, not a brokerage. Stay where you are. The career decision and the tools decision shouldn’t be the same decision.
Recycle your contacts
Your contacts and conversations are exclusive to your account. We never share leads across the platform. Your database stays yours.
