Hand-Rolled Pasta Workshop Chef Melissa Rodriguez

Enjoy the rare opportunity to learn directly from Chef Melissa Rodriguez in an exclusive pasta-making workshop. Guests will uncover her secrets for crafting traditional and innovative pasta shapes from scratch, including recipes from her Michelin-starred restaurants that they can recreate at home.

Following the workshop, guests will try their hand at crafting their own take on the classic Aperol spritz. Together, they will celebrate the final days of summer over a shared meal featuring dishes made from the bounty of their culinary adventure.

About Chef Melissa Rodriguez:

Chef Melissa Rodriguez started her career rising the ranks at Daniel, then joined Del Posto, becoming Executive Chef and the first woman to lead a New York Times four-star restaurant. In 2020, Rodriguez opened three restaurants in Del Posto’s former space, including the two Michelin-starred Al Coro. In 2023, Rodriguez partnered with Tao Hospitality to develop a wood-grilled restaurant and members club. Rodriguez is preparing to unveil a new project this fall.
