analytics · decisions, not dashboards
Smarter decisions, with the data already in your CRM.
Stop running pivot tables in your head. Alma reports on the team, the pipeline, and the marketing — in plain English, in the same place you take the call.
five views, refreshed nightly
Team performanceSides closed, GCI, average days on market, lead-to-close conversion — by agent, by source, by neighborhood. Refreshed every morning.
Pipeline healthWhere every active lead actually is — not where they were when you last logged a note. Alma updates the stage from the conversations she ran.
Marketing attributionWhat spend brought what leads, what leads turned into showings, what showings turned into offers. Real numbers, not vanity impressions.
Production leaderboardHealthy competition for teams. Sortable by GCI, sides, NPS, response time — pick what your shop actually rewards.
Business financialsRevenue, splits, brokerage take, expected payouts — so you know what's hitting the account next month, not three months from now.

Ask in plain English. Drill down to the call that drove the number.
No pivot-table fights. No SQL. Every metric on every screen is a click away from the conversation it came from.

What does the Action Agent analytics dashboard track?
Five views, refreshed nightly: team performance (sides, GCI, days on market, lead-to-close conversion by agent and source), pipeline health (where every active lead actually is, updated from Alma's conversations), marketing attribution (what spend brought what leads through to closing), production leaderboard, and business financials (revenue, splits, brokerage take, expected payouts).
Can I ask questions in plain English instead of building reports?
Yes. "Show me Q1 GCI by agent for transactions over $1M" or "Which lead source converted best on Spanish-speaking buyers last quarter?" — Alma writes the query for you and returns the answer in seconds. Saves a ton of time vs. building a pivot table from a CSV export.
How fresh is the data?
Refreshed nightly by default — every metric is current as of about 6am local time. Pipeline-stage updates happen in real time as Alma runs conversations, so the active-deal view is current to the minute. Year-over-year comparisons and trend lines are recomputed daily.
Can I drill from a metric down to the call that drove it?
Yes — click any number on the dashboard and the drill-down opens the source conversation, contract, or marketing event. The pipeline-stage move on a deal links to the call where Alma heard the buyer's pre-approval come through. The marketing-attribution number for a lead source ties back to the original form submission. Every metric is auditable.
Does the dashboard work for solo agents or just teams?
Both. Solo agents see a simplified version of the same dashboard — pipeline health, marketing attribution, and business financials — without the team-leaderboard view. Team and brokerage plans add multi-agent comparison, agent leaderboards, and the brokerage-wide compliance audit trail.
What does a brokerage owner see vs. an individual agent on the dashboard?
Brokerage owners see aggregate views across every agent in the shop — total transactions, GCI by agent, compliance audit trail, agent onboarding status, license verification — under their brokerage brand (white-label). Individual agents see only their own pipeline, contacts, and metrics. Role-based access is enforced at the database layer, not just at the UI.
