What is an AI-native CRM and how is it different from a traditional CRM?

Does Action Agent CRM share my contacts with other agents on the platform?
No. Your contacts are exclusive to your account, scoped at the database layer. We never recycle leads or share your sphere with other agents — that's a different business model (lead aggregators), and it's not what we do. Your data stays yours.
Can I import from my current CRM (Boomtown, Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, etc.)?
Yes. We support direct import from the major real estate CRMs (Boomtown, Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, Wise Agent, Top Producer) and a generic CSV path for anything else. Most agents we onboard import their full database in under an hour during the first call. Past notes and tags come over with the contacts.
How does the CRM handle deal stages — does Alma move them automatically?
Alma proposes stage moves based on the conversation she ran (under-contract, inspection, financing, closing) and shows them to you for one-tap approval. The first few deals you'll review every move; once you trust the pattern, you flip it to auto. The CRM stays in sync with reality without anyone typing.
Is the CRM white-labeled? Can my brokerage put their brand on it?
Yes — for brokerage plans. Per-agent sites stay branded as the agent. The brokerage admin sees aggregate audit trails, compliance overlay, and team metrics under their brokerage brand. Action Agent's name only appears in the legal footer.
