How does lead routing work across a team?
Round-robin, rule-based (price band / neighborhood / language / lead source), or first-to-respond — each team picks the policy that matches their structure. The team lead sees every conversation in a shared inbox and can reassign mid-thread without losing context. Alma handles the qualifying turn for everyone, so leads aren't lost while routing.
Can my team work in their own brand or only under the team lead's brand?
Both. The team has a shared workspace and brand-level dashboards (combined GCI, agent leaderboard, compliance audit). Each agent on the team can also have their own buyer-facing site and contact thread under their personal brand if they want. The structure is flexible — most teams use a mix.
How are commissions and splits handled?
Each transaction tracks the full waterfall — gross commission, brokerage take, team split, agent split, referral split (if any). The math is visible to the agent and the team lead from contract through closing. Action Agent never takes a percentage of any commission; we charge a per-agent flat fee.
What does white-label look like for a team?
Your team's name on every page, every message, every contract. Your colors, your logo, your scripts. Buyers and sellers never see Action Agent's name — we appear only in legal footers (Privacy / Terms references). Agents see the platform branded as your team in their dashboard. How do you replace seven tools — what happens to my existing CRM, dialer, transaction tool?
Most teams sunset the existing CRM (Boomtown / Follow Up Boss / KvCORE) by importing on day one. The dialer goes away because Alma answers the line. The transaction tool depends on your e-sign — DocuSign / Dotloop integrate, so you keep the e-sign and replace the workflow tool around it. Yes — per-agent metrics from the actual work, not from notes the agent remembered to log.
